These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by San Lak Services Private Limited, operating under the brand Namaha Om Trust ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By enrolling in any course, submitting your details, or using our services, including website, advertisements, WhatsApp, or other platforms, you ("user", "student", or "client") agree to be legally bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Nature of Services

Namaha Om Trust provides educational and skill-development programs, including but not limited to:

  • Personality Development.
  • Spoken English.
  • Abacus.
  • Vedic Maths.
  • Yoga.
  • Mantra & Shloka Learning.

We are not a university, government-recognized certification body, or job placement agency unless explicitly stated.

Enrollment & Eligibility

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information at the time of enrollment.
  • The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any enrollment without assigning a reason.
  • Access to courses is granted only after successful payment.

Fees & Payments

  • All fees must be paid in full before course access is granted.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payments once made are subject to the Refund Policy.
  • The Company is not responsible for payment failures due to third-party gateways.

Course Access & Delivery

Courses may be delivered via:

  • Live online sessions.
  • Recorded sessions.
  • WhatsApp or digital platforms.

Access is limited to the enrolled user only.

Sharing login credentials or course content is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, content, videos, PDFs, and training methods are the exclusive property of Namaha Om Trust.

Users may not:

  • Copy.
  • Distribute.
  • Resell.
  • Record.
  • Reproduce.

Violation may result in legal action.

Code of Conduct

Users agree:

  • Not to engage in abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.
  • Not to misuse platform or community access.
  • To maintain discipline during sessions.

The Company reserves the right to remove any user without refund for misconduct.

No Guarantee of Results

We provide training and guidance only.

We do not guarantee:

  • Specific results.
  • Fluency level.
  • Personal transformation outcomes.
  • Career or income success.

Results depend on individual effort and consistency.

Batch, Scheduling & Attendance

  • Users are assigned batches based on availability.
  • The Company may reschedule sessions if required.
  • Missing sessions does not entitle the user to a refund.
  • Make-up sessions are not guaranteed.

Refund Policy

All refunds are governed strictly by our Refund Policy.

By enrolling, you agree to the refund terms mentioned therein.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Namaha Om Trust shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses.
  • Loss of opportunity, income, or reputation.
  • Technical issues beyond our control.
  • User dissatisfaction or unmet expectations.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user.

Third-Party Platforms

We may use third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Zoom, and payment gateways.

We are not responsible for:

  • Platform outages.
  • Data issues.
  • Service interruptions caused by third parties.

Right to Suspend or Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund in case of:

  • Misuse of services.
  • Sharing of course content.
  • Abusive behavior.
  • Fraudulent activity.
  • Violation of these Terms.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure due to events beyond control, including:

  • Natural disasters.
  • Internet failures.
  • Government restrictions.
  • Pandemic or emergencies.

Company Decision Final

In all matters related to:

  • Enrollment.
  • Batch allocation.
  • Refunds.
  • Disputes.

The decision of Namaha Om Trust shall be final and binding.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
