By enrolling in any course or service offered by Namaha Om Trust, the user ("you", "student", or "client") agrees to this Policy along with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Scope and Applicability

This Policy applies to all courses offered by Namaha Om Trust, including but not limited to:

  • Personality Development.
  • Spoken English.
  • Abacus.
  • Vedic Maths.
  • Yoga.
  • Mantra & Shloka Learning.

It covers all payments made via website, WhatsApp, payment links, or any third-party platform.

Nature of Services

Namaha Om Trust provides educational and skill-based training programs delivered through online or offline modes.

Fees paid are for:

  • Course access.
  • Training sessions.
  • Educational content.
  • Instructor time and support.

We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or performance improvements.

Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be considered only if:

  • The request is made within 24 hours of payment.
  • The student has not attended any class or accessed course content.

All refund requests must be made via official support at support@namahaom.com.

Refund approval is subject to verification and is at the sole discretion of the Company.

Requesting a refund does not guarantee approval.

Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be provided in the following situations:

  • After 24 hours of payment.
  • After attending any live or recorded class.
  • If course materials or content have been shared.
  • For dissatisfaction due to personal expectations, lack of results, or schedule conflicts.
  • For discounted, promotional, or limited-time offers.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Registration or enrollment fees.
  • Platform or onboarding charges.
  • Payment gateway or transaction fees.

If a refund is approved, these charges may be deducted.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.

Timelines may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.

Batch & Scheduling Policy

  • Once enrolled, students are assigned to a batch.
  • Batch changes are subject to availability.
  • Missing classes does not qualify for a refund.

Cancellation by Company

If a course or batch is cancelled by Namaha Om Trust:

  • A full or partial refund may be issued.
  • The student may be shifted to another batch.

Termination

If a refund is approved:

  • Access to the course will be revoked immediately.
  • The student will no longer be eligible for services.

Limitation of Liability

Namaha Om Trust is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses.
  • Lack of expected results.
  • User's inability to attend or complete the course.

Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
