The refund policy applies to any package purchased under our services.
Any individual, regardless of whether they purchased a couple or family package, may utilize this policy.
Customers who have used our services are eligible for plan renewal.
Plan upgrades are also available for eligible customers.
The deposit amount of panic support services will be refunded without any interest in case our services are not used or the client chooses to take back the refund. In a situation if a client is opting to take a refund the said amount will be refunded excluding filing charges and GST. In such cases, the refund will be initiated and processed within 5-7 working days.
For Example: Individual Standard Package Rs 4,500 + Filing charges Rs 200 + GST Rs 846 = Rs 5,546 In case of a refund only Rs 4,500 will be refunded.
In the event of a refund due to unforeseen circumstances involving the customer or their nominee, the deposit amount will be refunded either to the customer’s account or directly to their nominee’s account.
If the refund application is not approved, the entire amount, including GST and filling fees, will be refunded.
Annual filing fees are subject to modification from time to time without prior notice.
Payments made for services including but not limited to Pooja, Astrology, Vastu, Tarot, Numerology, and Healing are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
Clients may request a change in the date of the Pooja or service, subject to the availability of resources at our end.
Registration is not complete until advance or full payment has been received. Advance or full Payments not received before the Pooja will result in non delivery of our service. Payment may be made by via all the possible mode of payment of payment gateway.
Occasionally, software anomalies or operational challenges with the product or service may arise. While all products and services are subjected to rigorous testing and review prior to release, unforeseen errors may still occur. Any such issues should be reported to our Support Team for assessment and resolution. Approval is subject to review and discretion.
If any of the delivered products, such as pooja samagiri, are not up to the standard or are short in quantity, they should be reported to us within 4 hours, along with a photograph of the damaged product. In such circumstances, the amount will be refunded through the payment method that has been made to us or as suggested by the client.
In the event that we are unable to provide our services after payment due to the unavailability of pandits or any other allied resources, the entire amount will be refunded within 2-4 working days.
