Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund:

The refund policy applies to any package purchased under our services.
Any individual, regardless of whether they purchased a couple or family package, may utilize this policy.

2. Service Renewal and Upgrade:

Customers who have used our services are eligible for plan renewal.
Plan upgrades are also available for eligible customers.

3. Deductions on Refund:

The deposit amount of panic support services will be refunded without any interest in case our services are not used or the client chooses to take back the refund. In a situation if a client is opting to take a refund the said amount will be refunded excluding filing charges. In such cases, the refund will be initiated and processed within 7-10 working days.
For Example: Individual Standard Package Rs 4,500 + Filing charges Rs 200 = Rs 4,700 In case of a refund only Rs 4,500 will be refunded.

4. Amendment Clause:

Annual filing fees are subject to modification from time to time without prior notice.

5. Application Acceptance and Rejection:

We reserve the right to accept or reject any application for service at our sole discretion. If an application is rejected, the amount paid will be refunded in full, subject to the deductions mentioned below.

6. Refund Amount and Deductions:

Refunds will be adjusted for any applicable payment gateway fees, banking transaction charges, and filing charges.

No additional interest or compensation will be paid on refunded amounts.

7. Deposit Refunds (Panic Support):

Any deposit amount received under panic support services will be refundable in accordance with this Refund Policy, after deductin filing charges.

8. Refund Method:

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment (such as bank account, debit/credit card, UPI, or wallet) used at the time of purchase.

9. Refund Timeframe:

All eligible refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days from the date of approval of refund request. The actual time taken for the credit to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

10. Non-Refundable Cases:

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
• Where services have already been rendered or partially availed.
• Where cancellation is requested after the service has commenced.
• If a person is transported to the hospital and the case is determined not to be an emergency, and the patient is not admitted. In such cases, no amount will be refunded, and the individual will be required to renew the policy to access future services.

11. Nominee Clause:

At the time of registration, the user may designate a nominee. In the unfortunate event of the user’s demise, any refundable balance (after applicable deductions) shall be processed and paid to the registered nominee. If no nominee has been designated, the refund shall be payable to the legal heir(s) of the deceased user upon submission of valid proof of entitlement.

12. Service Issue Resolution:

Occasionally, software anomalies or operational challenges with the product or service may arise. While all products and services are subjected to rigorous testing and review prior to release, unforeseen errors may still occur. Any such issues should be reported to our Support Team for assessment and resolution. Approval is subject to review and discretion.

13. Refund or Adjustment of Cost Difference:

If a regular ambulance is used in place of a cardiac ambulance, the difference in cost (if applicable) will be either:
• Refunded to the user's registered payment method.
• Adjusted against future services availed through the app, based on the user's preference or as per the service provider's policy.
